Hello, I received my order yesterday, which included a sundress. My order number is MC-0010729240. Today, after the first wash, I tried to unfasten the snap buttons to put the dress on my child, and one of the snaps came off immediately the very first time I opened it. Could you please advise what I should do in this situation? I have attached photos. Thank you.

I am absolutely in love with this Dress! The pattern is incredibly cute and unique—it really stands out from the typical baby prints you see everywhere. Plus, you can feel the quality immediately. It has all the premium fabric and finishings I’ve come to expect from Mon Coeur. The colors are a little more subdued in person than they appear in the website photo, which I actually think gives it a really sophisticated, high-end feel. It's also worth noting that the small embroidery label doesn't have a protective backing, which might be a consideration for children with sensory issues. However, the "MC" logo is quite small and the dress is fluffy enough that it shouldn't be a problem for most little ones Overall, it's a beautiful, sustainable piece that feels like it will last!

I love this Mon Coeur sweat combos! My daughter is top percentile for height and constantly going through growth spurts so I tend to buy a bit larger. …as most parents right? However, I absolutely HATE the disheveled look that comes with buying ahead in kids clothing but this is where Mon Coeur comes in! The pants are snugger than sweats but not quite as tight as legging allowing for clothes to still be worn across sizes bc it doesn’t pull at the legs and also fits appropriately around pullups/diapers. I prob wash my toddler clothes more than needed bc of how active we are but these sweats have not yet shown any signs of fading or shrinking.
I absolutely love this and other outfits I have. They are super soft and keep her nice and warm. The quality is very good, definitely hand wash to keep in good condition. I liked this sweater so much, I ended up getting the next size up 6-12m.
