Returns and Exchange Policy
All new regular priced products come with a 15-day; money-back guarantee based on the delivery date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. To receive a refund or to make a return, please contact us at customercare@moncoeur.com with your order number. Mon Coeur will provide a shipping label which will be deducted from the refund.
Sales items may be returned for store credit, clearance items are final sale. Discounted products below 40% are sales items. Discounted products at or above 40% are final sale.
If any products arrive damaged, broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify Mon Coeur at customercare@moncoeur.com within 15 days of the delivery date as provided by the shipper. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and our team will work with you to get the issue resolved.
