Can I modify or cancel my order?

Can I return my order?
All new and unopened products come with a 15-day; money-back guarantee based on the delivery date. To receive a refund or to make a return, please contact us at customercare@moncoeur.com with your order number.Mon Coeur will provide a shipping label which will be deducted from the refund.

Orders ship between 1-3 business days after Domestic Shipping Policy (1-3 business day processing time)

How will my order be packaged?
You order will be packaged using 100% recycled materials, including a cust 100% recycled polymailer, recycled tissue paper and a recycled paper sticker.
Do you help with sizing?

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
